We provide K-12 and upper education an online platform promoting authentic research and original writing with integrated tools for note-taking, outlining, citation, document archiving/annotation, and collaborative research. I provide user support, develop instructional and training materials, manage social media communications, and work on business development and marketing programs.

Bay Area Library & Information Network (BayNet) – October 2008 to 2015
A regional multi-type library association serving librarians, information professionals, and library students in the San Francisco Bay Area. I revamped and managed their website, coordinated volunteers with social media, discussion lists, membership management, and event registration systems.
Information Specialist
DataCenter (now closed), Oakland, CA – December 2010 to July 2011
DataCenter helped grassroots organizations, communities of color and the poor to address social justice and sustainability issues through research, training, and collaboration activities. I created an implementation plan for a new document management system and drafted a research methodology guide for interns and volunteers.

The name arosheaf represents my initials along with sheaf which means “a bundle.” When information resources are bundled right, users receive relevant information when they need it.
